This Privacy Policy applies to ADW LIVE™, a public-facing brand of A Dawgs World Holdings, Inc. (collectively, “ADW LIVE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). It covers information collected through adwlive.com, ticket and registration flows, vendor and partner applications, communications, digital experiences and ADW LIVE-produced events.
Information We Collect
We collect information you choose to provide and limited information generated when you use our services.
- Contact details such as name, email address, mobile number and mailing or billing address.
- Ticket, order and attendee information, including ticket type, quantity, event preferences, check-in status and communications about an order.
- Vendor, creator, ambassador, partner or sponsor application information, including business details, category, website, social profiles, licensing and insurance information.
- Messages, survey responses, contest entries, support requests and other content you send to us.
- Device and usage information such as IP address, browser type, referring page, pages viewed and cookie or local-storage preferences.
- Photographs, video or audio captured at an ADW LIVE event, as described in event notices and these Terms.
How Information Is Collected
We collect information directly from you when you submit a form, join a waitlist, buy a ticket, apply, enter a promotion, communicate with us or attend an experience. We may also receive transaction or campaign information from service providers that help us operate the website, process payments, deliver messages, manage registrations or measure site performance.
How We Use Information
We use information only for legitimate business and operational purposes.
- Process and service ticket, registration, vendor or partnership transactions.
- Deliver confirmations, updates, customer support, event instructions and safety communications.
- Operate admissions, check-in, contests, activations, rewards, surveys and on-site experiences.
- Review applications, prevent fraud, enforce rules and protect guests, staff, vendors and ADW LIVE.
- Improve our website, events, communications and future products.
- Send marketing messages when you have given the required consent, and honor opt-out requests.
- Meet accounting, tax, insurance, contractual and other legal obligations.
Payments and Ticketing
Payment information is entered directly into Stripe or another clearly identified payment provider. ADW LIVE does not receive or store full payment-card numbers. We may receive limited transaction details such as purchaser name, email, amount, payment status, product purchased and a provider transaction identifier.
A payment provider’s own privacy policy and terms apply to its checkout page. Keep your confirmation email or receipt because it may contain information needed for support, transfer or entry.
Email, SMS and Marketing
We may send transactional messages needed to complete or service a purchase, application or event registration. Marketing email or recurring SMS is sent only when the applicable consent has been provided. Consent to marketing is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You may unsubscribe from email using the link in the message and may reply STOP to opt out of marketing texts.
Retention and Security
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide services, maintain financial and event records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, protect safety and comply with legal obligations. Retention periods vary by record type.
We use reasonable administrative, organizational and technical safeguards. No online service, storage system or transmission method can guarantee absolute security, so please use care when sending sensitive information.
Your Privacy Choices
Depending on where you live and subject to legal exceptions, you may request access to, correction of or deletion of eligible personal information; ask for information about our handling practices; or opt out of marketing. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

Children and Minors
The website is not directed to children under 13, and children under 13 should not submit personal information directly. A parent or legal guardian should make purchases and provide information for a minor when needed for an event. Event registration may ask for an attendee’s age category to apply admission, safety or contest rules.
Third-Party Sites and Services
Our website may link to Stripe, social networks, mapping services, ticketing providers, vendors, partners or other third parties. Their privacy practices are controlled by their own policies. ADW LIVE is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of services we do not operate.
Updates and Contact
We may update this policy as our services, technology or legal requirements change. The revised policy will be posted with a new effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the website or another appropriate channel.
